In response, I was using river prawns for bait. No garnish...just a light seasoning with salt and pepper (then quickly fried in extra light virgin olive oil)....lovely!!

bream porridge tastes surprisingly good. thats what happened to one 32 and 34cm that my mate and I caught.

well done, one thing you should do is bleed gut and gill asap, gives you a better tasting fish.at 31cm its a decent fish
