On Saturday My mate and I decided to take the ski out to try and get a few tailor. we got to woodies boat ramp around 830 and was at our spot at 9. It started abit slow for starters but after changing lures to the rapala x raps we were getting regular follows and hook ups. we landed 5 solid fish with many dropping the hooks next to the ski.
While fighting the tailor we noticed sambos following the tailor up some would of been over a meter in length but we didnt have the gear to try and target them.
We were back home with a tasty feed of tailor by 12.

I am, as I've said, merely competent. But in an age of incompetence, that makes me extraordinary.

I was out early in the morning when the wind was a Northwest,so I tucked in behind some reefs on the south/west side of the Island.
I was back at the Palm Beach boatramp by 9.30am,and cleaning the fish at home for a b/que lunch and ready to watch the MotorGP.
