thankyou oceanside

i went into oceanside to pick up my things i ordered, i  had my cousin with me from italy for the first time, i asked mike to show him some pictures of bass gropers that ryan and staff had caught in the past.  when he showed him, my cousin had no idea fish grew that big, it was so funny because all he could say was wooow, after seeing this mike was a very generous, and gave my cousin maurizio a promotional mini dvd, plus nolder copy of western angler, which made my cousin so happy after his  previous captue of trout, plus he was so excited after seeing dolphins, pelicans plus also been taught how to catch scalies, but was in disbelief of the amount of scalies which myself plus good m8 frank had taught him to catch yesterday morning. also he couldnt believe we use them for bait and dont eat them, but anyway thankyou oceanside and my mate frank

Seems to be a common theme posted regularly, a company with constantly good service = happy customers.

That is for sure.  Every time i went there I got great service and Ryan went out of his way to help me out with rigging up my flyline/backing/leaders/etc.  Great service which i have experienced at few other tackel shops.

Keep it up guys!

Went there Sunday and although being a out of my way it was certainly worth the drive. Spooled up my stradic and spent the time to help me choose my rod. I will certainly be spending my money there from now on

They'll certainly have some work to do when I get back, servicing reels, respooling, etc.
