Tiagra 30WLRSA or a Talica 25 2speed

Looking for a new reel to go on my Live Fibre LBG rod, I have sold my Fin Nor Santiago SA 30 as it was quite a heavy reel. I have narrowed my search down to these which was hard as they are not made by Daiwa. It seems to be an impossible task to view these reels together in the one shop as most sell one but not the other. If you have used any of these reels any feedback would be appreciated.

Huge difference between those
Huge difference between those 2. Particularly in weight.....
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?

I like the weight of the Talica
but the Tiagra has the reputation.

TLD 30
sure the tiagra may have a good reputation but have you sonsidered a TLD 30? comes with half the price tag and is much lighter...
in my opinion a talica isnt well suited as a LBG reel.

in that case
bearing in mind most ballooners chuck it in a rod holder I would go for a 50w for the capacity to get out further past dirty water, especially if your gonna chase pelagics. If your only chasing sharks most can be tamed on a 30 packed with 80lb and that rod
I usually run two outfits a penn international 30w being full metal reel it is quite heavy. I aslo use a TLD50w lrsa which is bigger and lighter and pretty good value for money. fits about 1km of 80lb braid with a mono topshot of around 100m
I have the same rod and its a heavy brute stick so whatever reel you put on it its not going to be the lightest combo going around
