If my deadrise is 20 deg and im putting a b164 thru hull in the flat keel section would i need 20 deg or 0 deg cheers craig

Flat keel section? Plank? If it is parallel to the ground you will need the 0 degree.
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?
