hey guys, just a quick quaetsion.
if you were to sell a boat and trailer, i am assuming one would have to complete both a boat transfer form, and seperate vehicle transfer form for the trailer?

also, given you have to state a price for the trailer, i guess you can just select a value as part of the total sale cost of boat and trailer? is it necessary to try and find the dutiable value?

state trailer price seperate and sell him all electronics seperate - eg 30 k boat = 5K trailer - then 20K for the hull/motor ,5K electronics safety gear etc- dont pay stamp duty on it, the state allready gets enough $ already
