Transom thickness and support

What’s the general transom thicknesses for boats between the 6-7m mark for plate boats.
also curious of transom support brackets and if I made need to add extra support for my plate boat.
My transom is about 5mm thick. Pics show support structures.
Should I add more support. On the back of it is a 175 Johnson (piece of shit) that weighs about 180kg. I want to piss it off and put a 175 or a 150 4strokd on the back but unsure if the extra 20-40kg will be ok for the transom

Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?

And that’s about the cleanest
And that’s about the cleanest under deck pic I’ve ever seen. Looks like great access for through hull transducer options.

Bloody nice find at the right price
And if you are repowering go for a 200 or even a lightweight 225. Did that with my 6.8 seaquest and get a nm to a litre. And having now seen the boat you want cracks welded on I definitely think you should go to Bullett....worth every cent getting it done well

Yeah the cracks are only in
Yeah the cracks are only in the hard top not hull and they are only like 3cm hair line cracks . I’m just unsure about how well or how good the transom is supported uno to put an extra 40kgs on it.
