2 rainbows out of the 4 i got this morning,the water was like glass with trout hiting the surface every where

How is the flesh been on the
How is the flesh been on the stocked ones this year? Nice firm and pink? or greyish white and soft? I know a couple of years ago all the stocked ones i caught at Harvey and Waroona had greyish white mushy flesh.

Nice work , I didn't realise there was trout of that quality over here , given that I've never fished for them over here I think I might be spending some time down south LOL
