I know plenty on the forums about the ramp but is there fees linked to this ramp now or has this been canned?

No fees bud. Also read that there is a new ramp planned for the next year turning it into a double ramp

Yep, they have started on the car park already, and plan to have a floating jetty down the middle taking out the old jetty and widening the new ramp.Its all go ....
