Two Rocks Ramp Fees

It has been a while since I have used Two Rocks ramp what is the go with ramp fees. I went there recently and no envelopes and the receptacle for the money appears not to have been used for a while. I had some old envelopes and put in $7 in it and posted it .
with recent repairs I'm surprised they couldn't put a light on the ramp.

because the ramp was closed
because the ramp was closed for so long they waived the ramp fee for 6 months, i think the 6 months ends in oct, from what i hear they will commence works around then
