Looked like it used to be a nice looking boat poor bugga certainly spoilt his planned fishing trip,probably kids playing with flares and it got out of control,hope his insurance comes through quick

Sad thing to happen
but i agree he may have pi@#ed someone off.Not often do you hear of boats being burnt.A guy in mullaloo pi#sed a lot of people off over a long time, one day he got the wrong guy and they came back while he was on holiday and drilled a few holes in the boat with a spade bit i think from the size and shape of the holes.
So tell me have you got your info from years on the water or hours on the internet?

Bought a 50 blueband merc from a guy 8yrs ago because his kids were playing with matches and burn't the boat to the ground NO INSURANCE ouch.
He could only sell the motor and trailer. The motor went cheep because all the wirring was melted and the cowling had no paint left. Rewirred the donk painted the cowling, hooked up to the fuel and firred up.
He wasn't a happy chappy, never seen the kids in the two visits. I wonder to this day how long he kept a grudge???
