Was wondering what websites everyone out there uses when looking for 2nd hand 4wd. I have used 1 before that combined gumtree,autotrader,cars guide and numerous others but cant for the life of me remember the name

To anyone buying a second
To anyone buying a second hand car. Do not beleive one thing anyone tells you especially if it seems to good to be true. I recently sold my patrol ute td42t. It had original low kms and needed a coat of paint but was rust free. I was the 3rd owner and new its history. It had a bit of a service history but definately not complete. Well up it pops for sale again Headlines reading 1 owner full service history extra low kms Drives and looks like new and 12000 more than what I sold it for. I must admit it did look good but....

I’ve never traded a car in on the basis I prefer to remain a virgin , I remember one trick they used to do was advertise a incredible deal and get the punters in but alas the car never existed . “ Sorry mate , my mistake that one was sold but have a look at this one now your here “

Those fookers tried to get
Those fookers tried to get out of a warranty with me. It took me to threaten to ghosty my Patrol through the front doors for them to fix it and then they still just got the mechanic to do a patch up. I would reccomend John Hughes any day of the week and the prices are flexible.

I recently used carsales to both buy a 4x4 and sell one.
No problems with the site and easy to use and fine tune your searches.
I ended up buying a Landcruiser from Victoria, was exactly what he said so paid the guy and drove it back to Perth. Pretty decent test drive
Then funny enough, the very next weekend a guy contacted me about the one I was selling ..... he was from Victoria.!
Spent about 15mins on the phone to him, he asked a couple of questions, didn't even see the car, deposited $6k into my account and didn't even want it registered so handed in the plates, got a refund of the remaining registration and got just over $700 back from that then 3 days later a truck turns up and away it went.
Could not have been any easier....just lucky I guess.
My fishing spots are so secret........... even the fish don't know where they are !!
