Weather tommorow

Was all excited about a trip to Rotto tommorow looking at the Seabreeze BOM weather report. Sure enough the weather report has changed to 15 to 20 knots sourtherly. With all the modern day technoligy they still cant seem to get it right even 24 hours in advance. Just wondering if anyone is going over to the island tommorow and if your thoughts on the weather.
I have cancelled my trip as a last time we went to the three mile we got hammered with 20 to 25 knot southerlys that were not predicted and the the breeze didnt drop off as predicted. Anyone have a better and more reliable website than BOM Seabreeze?

Weather
My limited understanding is that all the weather sites source their info from BOM. I'm finding Meteye (part of BOM) pretty good, and its showing tomorrow as not being too bad. I'm going to Rotto from Hillarys so at least I'll get to try out my new trim tabs on the Cruisy.
ps - just saw BOM updated its forecast at 4pm, not as bad as their previous

Seabreeze,Windy etc use GFS
Seabreeze,Windy etc use GFS (Global Forecast system based in the US from memory) Meteye and Fishranger use BOM. Seabreeze had it right today BOM was wrong. Still went out though as the swell was managable and scored a nice Dhuie

I've found MetEye and the local waters forecast to be completely different on occasion! Both bom I think. It's the weather...it changes quick sometimes. Always next time. If you do go it will be windy if you don't go it will be calm and you'll be kicking yourself either way!

Rottnest forecast for
Rottnest forecast for tomorrow looks good till lunchtime/early arvo before SW picks up. Dunno how big your boat is or where your heading back to but the run from Rotto to Hillarys in a SW is sweet, your coming straight with it. No swell tomoz either.
Ill be over there Sunday
