Western Pygmy Perch?

 Hey guys,

Built a pond over the Chrissie period. It is looking really good, got a nice lily growing well. Also have plenty of pond creatures including mozzie larvae. I want a few native fish to clean up the larvae. Anyone know where I can get a few Western Pygmy Perch south of the river.

Cheers

Chris

Vebas aquariums in O'Connor almost always have pygmy perch plus a few other cold water species to put in your pond

I got some from Vebas a while ago. Don't expect to see them in the pond if it has a natural looking bottom though.

Yeah I heard they are pretty elusive. Its mainly to keep the mozzie larvae in check. Phoned Vebas and they got some yesterday but like to get them settled before selling them. Which is fair enough.
