What does the term "Hirado Jerk" mean when talking about jigging

Also what are your thoughts on a Smith AMJ52H teamed with a Torsa 16 & a Smith KGS - 68M teamed with a Stella 5000.

The z30 is much lighter than the torsa too. Torsas are good reels, but pretty damn heavy (not so fun when you're jigging all day).
