You can pick it up at tackle shops, or local animal feed shops. Mix it with some tuna oil and it makes a great burley.

it is a byproduct from milling grains like wheat and maize. It is dry (like bran) and is used to make burley by mixing it with fish oil and other stuff. Everyone has a their own recipe for burley. Try your local City Farmers.
If your using a burly cage mix flour with pollard then ad enough water to make damp let sit for a while then add your secret ingredients any thing from pulverized fish guts to aniseed. chicken fat works for me . If your going for skippy add mashed potatoe dont know why they like it. The flour thickens the burly up so its more like a dough it stays in the cage longer you dont use as much and you dont feed the fish.
Ya can get it from nearly every supermarket in the pet food section, alot more and cheaper than from tackle shops think they come in 3-4kg bags for about $2-3, perfect burley with fish oil/chicken fat for herring
