What sounder?

Hi guys, in the market for a new sounder/combo.
What are the current good ones to look at? Budget $2k to $3k.
ie Garmin 105sv looks nice.
Lowrance FS9 is cheaper.....
I get confused between combo, extra black boxes to add, transducers etc etc
Will also keep my furuno 587 with 1kW installed.
But maybe a chirp combo would be good?
Fish chasing dhus, reds up north, so mostly to 100m.
Thoughts comments greatly appreciated.

Garmin
Just made the switch to a garmin echomap and can't believe the bang for buck... have used the uhd models and they are pretty good but not going to as good as the 587/1kw. Simrad maybe?

Sounders
Hi mate, looking at upgrading myself at the moment as well, maybe purchase together to get a deal? (I'll be buying two screens)
Only heard good things about the late model Garmins. Looks like they are only 500/600W compatible, but realistically that covers 100% of my fishing anyways, but who knows what will come down the track. I got some good pricing on Furuno GP1971F units, but a little concerned about being touchscreen only. BCF selling the UHD75SV with transducer for $999, seems like great value, but to go to 9" screen nearly doubles the price!
I'd be interested to see what options others suggest.
Cheers,
BD

Why
Why are you wanting to get a better sounder? You've already got one of the best on the market. If you can't find ground with that set up, a new sounder is not going to help. Now if your looking for a gps well that's different I hear good stories about the Garmin
