Hi All,
Whats the latest on Floreat - anyone getting results?
I also remember a few older posts mentioning car break ins - hopefully this has improved?
Any feedback would be appreciated.

All is quite on the drain out let, my be it's the cold nights or the smashing of windows and thefts of a couple of years back have made people who remember those times give the place a big miss. As the weather gets a bit warmer it will be interesting to see if there are any posts on the subject location.

Thanks for the feedback. I've always had some good results there, but havent been down there for about 4 years.

The wrong time of the year for the drain. Winter storms set sand banks way out behind and your better off trying to catch a wave there than cast over.
Reverse cycle a/c supply and install - Ducted and wall splits
