when can you gather sea urchins

When are you allowed to gather sea urchins is it first Sunday of the month like abalone during the open season or any day during the months?

not sure about quantity but it is the same day n time as the abarone season

abalone fishin guide
Download the abalone fishin guide from fisheries wa. Somehow they have grouped them in with abs even though you need no licence. Yes only on the sundays and only in certain zones. Pretty confusing if you ask me. I wanted to collect them in exmouth and it is closed permanently here even though there is millions of them.
