where's the squid???

Most fishing reports have been saying plenty of Squid in Cockburn Sound, week in week out.
I was out friday along G I and the southern flats , for a total of 6.
And Sunday i was at the North end of G I, working my way back south for a total of 4.
Both were nice days on the water however, and between the 2 days plenty for a nice feed :)
Any one else having any luck?
Is the water just a bit to dirty still?

Just north of woodmans point.
Just north of woodmans point. Only got one in filthy water, between two boats as we were packing up.
It went back to fight another day.

Water way to dirty on the weekend
In the sound , couldn't find any clean water at any of my favourite spots . Only had one squid weighed in in the comp

2 weeks back we got 20 and 2 cuttlefish and a mates boat got 16 and 3 cuttlefish

Parmelia bank never fails to
Parmelia bank never fails to deliver, picked up a dozen there 2 weeks ago. Picked up a random squid by catch today in deeper water near the wrecks

Think it's probably because
Think it's probably because of the water vis Paul.
Seems to be the one consistent factor with catching/not catching squid.
