Who on here has used a "live liner" reel like the Penn 560L or 760L?
How did yoiu use it and what do you think of the reel?

Yeah.....I got one.
I use mine on a 15ft surf rod for beach fishing have caught heaps of Mulloway, Tailor, Wobygongs , shovelnose rays, bull rays.....all sorts, and has never let me down. A mate of mine has one and it has failed on him twice but I know others who also have had no trouble with them .
Cheers

Always wondered with the line
Always wondered with the line capacity how the 760 would go as a pitch bait and drop back reel for billies.
