who is keen to do Fenacl fishing comp this year I left dampier nearly 2 years ago but have 30 years+ of fishing out of dampier , I would love to put together a metro team of boats to see if we can beat the locals up there in their own back yard

Gonna need all the luck you can get. I've been having a crack for the last couple of years with another 'blow in' team and best we could get was a 3rd placing. (Plus champ female and most bills tagged 2 of the 4 fishing days)
Would you be targeting the billfish or gfaa line class section?

Last comp we entered cost
Last comp we entered cost $800 In entry fee's plus the crews air fares etc and all the other crap we brought for it. Day1 it blows 35 knots, 4hours later it's canceled with 1 fish caught. The year before we won it but had to drop half the prize money back into boat repairs caused from the horrible weather!
