My sister and her husband

My sister and her husband headed up there 2 weeks ago planning on staying for 2 months. After settling in for 1 week into their campsite they were approached by a Major from the Aussie army and were told that it is illegal to camp where they were (they cross the creek mouth and camp somewhere down there) as it is part of bombing range. The major said the police where coming the next day to fine anyone who hadnt moved on. they moved down to ninglaoo station

Sanctuary zones

You will have to take note of where the sanctuary zones are.

Get a heap of small chrome slices and wonder wobblers  for golden trevs and queenies. Was up there a couple of weeks back and had a ball on trevs and queenies around 2kg on 6lb line. Was heaps of hardyheads right along the shore near Tantabiddi ramp.

As long as they are only smll, there was a couple of other blokes trying at the same time we were there and didn't have any luck with the bigger ones, ours were about 30mm long
