Yellowfin whiting

 Went for a fish in the Bunbury estuary today with a mate chasing yellowfin on surface lures, started pretty slow but ended up with some nice fish

cracker of a feed there on poppers well done gindon, did the tide make any difference ??

Like your filleting table, great idea, havnt fished the lechenault estuary for years good to see t still produces.

 Yeah deep water the tide did make a difference caught most of them on the weed, tides haven't been very big still good fun though

I notice a yellow eye Pilch in the second photo , was this also on surface lure? if so what lure?

Some nice sized whiting would have been great fun on the poppers. Hopefully l can have a try this weekend for the whiting.
