Scales . There out by 200 grams. Reason we know this . Last big dhue Andy got it was weighed at mangles bay. Once home we checked on ours.200 out bought a 6 kg rump out by 200, on lower scale weighed a 2 kg bag off sugar 200 grams out
At it for an hour. Last one I seen like it was from tyre wreck. I was 12. Flesh on fish was mint. Jewels in head where not as big as I thought they would be, nothing was wasted . Shared between few people. Andy does very well on them. Mully king ,:):)
