Targa bar holds 11 rods. I

Tue, 2007-10-09 21:40

Targa bar holds 11 rods. I like this setup cause when i go out fishing i like to get everything out of the way. It means that i can put the gaffs, tag pole, spare rods away so the deck is clean. There is nothing worse than tripping over stuff reaching for a rod with line screaming off. 6 holders angled back and 5 straight up. Had a bloke do the lot who's just around the corner. Soon to have the outriggers mounted off the side plates, again out of the way.

I was lucky the guy could fit me in as everyone else told me 2-3 months min wait.

Almost the way i want it set up. Only taken me 4 years.

A fine rig, do you have problems with reels bouncing around on the targa bar?  looks like they could bounce out on one of those SLAP waves.

Yeah was just wondering, we dont really use ours on our boat because of that, so might invest in some straps to secure them.
