I know of a boat ramp at back beach near Wickam that had a shitty little boat ramp and yatch club but it sure didnt look like that a couple of years ago.

It is at back beach in karratha at the end of mystery road as DTR said. You need about 2.5m of water for a tinny or a bit more for a bigger boat. So it is tidal, use it to gain access to some of the creeks in nichol bay. Twin ramp protected from the wind/chop by a breakwall. Has a catwalk between ramps, really good rough surface, concrete ramp. Just be weary of the tides and watch the shallow section near the entrance to the groyne and the rocks on the shore. At low tide you always see the prop marks where people have hit the bottom. Only other thing worth a mention is possibly the two green navigation aids, one on the groyne and one on land to line up when comming home at night.
You can usually get out about 3 hours after the low tide on a Spring and get back in a couple of hours before the low on the return leg (give or take)..
Still that ramp wasn't there last time I used it either. It was just a basic ramp into the bay with a nasty reef line in front of it. No good for bigger boats or anything on low tide.
