Got a nice size green today, but dont really rate them compared to reds and ornates. You are doing bloody well BJ!!

Taste
Greens cetainly have a stronger taste, but personally I love them.
Just had some of the ornate crumbed in lemon pepper breadcrumbs with a bit of tartare sauce. Very nice!
