a 5 kay walk from the carpark , almost impossible to catch livebait there(yakkas)so most of the time we carried two 20ltr buckets in with bait caught elsewhere then kept them alive in  inflatable swimming pools

Does a one legged duck swim in an eliptic circle

Carrying live bait buckets, wading pools and all your gear. That is some pretty determined stuff. Looks like a great place to fish. Have you ever fished at Hat Head?  Suicide rock there was a similar deal, but the fishing was worth it.

brings back some fond memories. In the top right of the pic is another headland called 'Old mans hat'. Inside that is another spot. Dunno the name but it is a 20 to 30 metre free climb on a rope to get to the ledge. Kingfish central>>>If you ever get the chance to go, do it...Will have to find some pics of other ledges and post em up.
