Coconut and cumin coated dhu, flavours work really well together. Nice sweet coating
The darker one has fresh chilli and (dried) corriander added, was fantastic but needs fresh corriander not the dried gear.

All the fish are done in coconut here, its good on the oily little slimy macks too. I think dried corriander needs more.cooking than it gets in the coating, I tend to cook the flavour out into oil.

Pete it's a pimped up Taste recipe mate, find it here. I added flour (not much) and cumin with the coconut before I coated the fish with it. The chilli / corriander version was the same but in a separate bowl.
Jamie thanks for the pointer on cooking the corriander flavour out in the oil, will have a crack at that next time.
