Now thats a bit bigger, did you guys keep them and if so how did you rate the eating qualities? The last one I kept was pretty average and was like soggy mash potato.
Dan.yeh prob would be good haven tried smoked fish before little sambos like three kg are good specially of the west coast of dunsborah there meat is real white,then u get them in geo bay of busselton there real brown usally release them but i would recomend ytk fresh little ones to three kg mark.
Yeah been told to only keep small ones.
Feral went out to the lumps the other week and got a couple of YTK's to eat. He said they're better than the sambo's.

Dan.next time u get a small one adam should try cooking it in lemon and garlic the night of capture there nice might be a bit different up ur way but as there in cooler water down here.
