Ahh the bait board was always too big for my tinny anyway ;)
I had Adam's comments from just the day before ticking over in my head; "I don't fish drag bottom fishing, you have to get em up past the sharks, fast". It gave me a good workout and I was very happy to have it up before the noahs arrived.
Thanks for the comments!

Yeah he is foul hooked, but he was trying hard to get on, so I slowed it right down for a few strokes and thats when he got hooked.
That day was the only really decent weather we got before the comp, Wednesday I guess?

Regardless of where it was
Regardless of where it was hooked, the key thing is that it was boated. Top fish, the biggest one I have seen. Tasted damn good too!
