With regards to the lure you mentioned using in the other thread, do you think the trout were hitting it so aggressively out of territorial instinct (mistaking it for smaller trout)?
all the fish i would guess were about 3 kg.with the average length about 62 cm.we did catch a heap more of just undersize ones as well. i reckon ya could be right there big john.as the lure did look a bit like a small trout and the trout were smashing only the one lure.as for the weather it was perfect .
always in it just the depth that varies
