OK more for you. Caught it this morning
Another pic
Was caught out in the slop in the morning Jamie. Depth was mid 40's using a 2oz TT jig head.
Fish went 930mm long. Lure is a 7" bullhead.
Forgot the camera and had to use the phone.
We also had 23 squid for the bag until a little unfortunate incident.
Towing them in a scaler bag to clean them when the rope went crack and snapped.
Turned around to try and rescue them to just see the rope disappear into 18m of water.

nice fish Tim, you haven't missed anything by staying in Perth for the weekend. What was the kg estimate?

Its just the stomach, there is no way a fish can get its airbladder out it's mouth.
Next time you bag a dhufish, you will find the swim bladder stuck to the inside of the ribcage, its a thick white material, feels like a greasy raw leather.
