Thats all I had. But I am getting a new rod for it because I broke the gimbel mount. The old rod just can't handle the power and has to be retired as its seen out its days.
Whats even funnier is that he snapped the gimbal mount on a fish while we were out so that didnt allow him to use a rod bucket :))) Yeah I think he has some upgrading to do.
Yeh yeh, laugh it up Gully. Guess what, its another magic day in Exmouth! I just cant figure out what to do, I don't want to catch any macks, I've got my squid, had enough of the oysters, could probably go for a billfish but with the full moon its a waste of time (also going solo is pretty boring), could maybe go out to the coronation spot or get some spanglies inside the reef. Oh what to do, what to do..... :)
You know I'll look after them... Had a magic sight yesterday in the gulf when going for squid, there were that many garfish at one stage you couldn't see through the water. Then something big came through and the water erupted like a volcano all around the boat for about 2-3 minutes. Was something I'd never seen before.
