I love the look of these fish
excellent eating we prefer baldie over dhuie any day, yummmy, nice size also, hate cleaning them, they stink when you gut them & very slippery.

yeh thats it mate why gut a big fish ? I just peel / slice the skin of , n cut pure fillets of straight to the Bone :D only thing left after im done is the fish head a see through skeleton n the shit bag n organs n gut all in tact lol NO SMELL MAGIC haha
