found this off mandurah today.. lots of other debris/planks.. called water police and they said they were onto it.. anyone heard anything?

Did you get any other pics? Going by the growth on the hull, it doesn't look too old so that scrubs out a couple of Round the world racers that were lost last year. Was it timber or glass?

That is a rather frightening find
When you come across something like that it raises the hair on the back of your neck, what else you may find floating in the debris field. Not a good thing to find.
