Jurien Seas Sports Charter 29 August 2010 - 81cm Dhufish on 15lb

Was out today with a lot of FW crew on Whitey's Boat. Very happy when an 81cm Dhufish decided to hop aboard on my new pe2 jigger outfit.
I'd had the rod and reel for months, but finally put the right line on it, to make it useable. Its a Eupro Salty Fighter and a Daiwa Bradia 2500R with 15lb Tufline. The jig used was an Evergreen Caprice in pinky colours, unfortunately it was stolen from me by what was probably a shark a little while later .... load *snip*.

Yeah another nice big one
Yeah another nice big one came up on a mcarthy plastic, a lot of sambos, AJs and some smaller dhus were jigged up too.
If you check the fish's tail, its in very poor nick despite its otherwise good condition so it was released to the esky.
I also got a nice big goatfish on jig too, but we never got pics because there was a 4-way tangle going on at the same time.

Damn those pinks today, Dasho got a really nice one on a big gulp, then it was just bait after that.
