Middle Eastern spiced calamari with turkish bread and vegetable salad

Ta SBS and Greg Malouf, but why noodles, not turkish bread? I hear he is in HK these days, must be easier to get noodles there.
I cooked the squid on the little charcoal grill I picked up from the local Vietnamese grocer so the flavour was A+++.
I've had some feedback that some of my dishes are too hard to prepare, so I made a special version for those people down rocko way. Click here for that version.
