I remember when i visited lake Wakatipu in Queenstown,Definately some of the biggest rainbow and brown trout i have ever seen near the underwater observatory.Pushing 5 to 6kg easy.
yea it was awesome. If only i could have fished more... i fished twice in our four weeks over there and caught a nice sized brown trout each time. We seen some massive trout that would have gone well over 50cms and probably 4-5kgs
