Mike, we caught maybe a dozen or so in the 5 days we were there and they were exactly the same colours, no variation whatsoever. Russ, they are surprisingly easy to pull in on quality GT gear. The poor bugger would have been lucky to get 5 meters of line off me. That's 100lb braid for you!!
By the way.. i could only manage a 4kg tuna on my charters in fiji. Got toasted by a few decent sized GTs which was an experience. Had a ball, the guys said it was very quite so I think i was a little unlucky with my timing.. but thats fishing i suppose! haha. Thanks for putting me onto those guys anyway... Loads of fun.

Did you come across any Orange Bar Cheek species, or were they predominately dark in colour,
They look like iridescent blue spots, a bit hard to tell
