Certainly a wierd hook shape, can't say I've ever tried them before. I've been experimenting with my rigs a bit lately and might have to give them a shot. They do look like they could bend easily though if you get onto a good fish and only have him just hooked. Or maybe thats just the photo not giving a good representation of how thick they are.
Gamma's have two sizes of the same hook called Mega bait..been out long before these..
10/0 and 12/0 me thinks, pretty popular down this way for dhuies should be good for snapper in the smaller sizes

honsu had one on his rig when i borrowed his rod....straightened out one on a skippy :p was a big skippy in the hooks defence tho.
