we got one on a green xwrap and this one was caught on a maccie mauler.
shane got his wahoo on a bluewater and troy got his while trolling for billies using a black bart.

Interesting to hear that other crew are finding the mackies quiet at the moment...
I went jigging a couple of week ends ago and I lost two Mackies landed one about 15kg and Brad also lost one that smashed his jig... all in about an hour or so.
Plenty around, I saw 2 free spearing in 6m of water at the Rons, then hooked one 10 mins later trolling to the next spot. Quite a few getting donated to me for research too.

Quiet
Very quiet on the macs lately so you did well to troll up a couple.
How good are those x-rap magnums?:)

15kg
15kg is fine for them in my experience Ryan. If you were using 24kg then yeah, you might need to beef their trebles up.
