I process them all at one go. Steam them in the shell for 6min. Shuck, clean and freeze or eat. This way they are ready to go when you need them and are super soft.

Alfred well done nice feed them, one of the things i miss most about moving to the Pilbara.I used to clean em,shuck em,then bash em,then egg and bread crumbs in the fry pan with butter and olive oil until just brown both sides.Keep it simple so you can taste the abb flavour.The best thing that comes out of the ocean i reckon.
Prior planning and preperation prevents piss poor performance
