Good job mate nice squid.i've always had a soft spot for the wire jigs with a whiting on them.

Yes they work a treat! We had 4 other jap squid jigs down at the same time..but the whiting was getting all the hits. Lost one squid when i was bring it up, think it saw my orange drift anchor and sh*t itself !
did you get a few then ?
Yes we got five big ones all up . Just have to watch when you get out deeper the wrasse think your jig is a whiting Kebab!
