Still alot fresher than some fish and chip shops. Throw some crumbs on and deep fry, you'll still taste the ocean. Haha

seafood normally has about a 18 month shelf life in the freezer, but take it out and defrost and have a smell of it.

All good

Should be all good, I've eaten fish that have been frozen for over 4 years that hadn't been vac packed and still tasted nearly as good as when first caught

 Nup, may not hurt you

Thu, 2017-06-08 06:46

Nup, may not hurt you following the guidlines above but deterioration due to time would have taken a big toll on the taste

Perhaps a curry, that's how we often use stuff more than a couple of months old

Cheers

i probably wouldnt eat it , but wify would , being she is thai she has  guts of steel , some of the stuff i have seen her eat over the last 17 year would make a billy goat sick eg  deep fried grass hoppers sprinkled with chicken salt and huge water beetles that just look to much like cockroaches  to me i cant watch her eating them
