We lost one of our two loved cats (Plato) before Christmas to FILV (Feline Infectious Luchemea Virus) even though he had his injection

After some tears, we decided we would get a new friend for our other female cat (Athena), so we rescued this lil guy from the RSPCA death row.

We're having a hard time deciding on a name (looked up billions!) - the closest we have is Byron.

We are not after an obvious name and NO - 'craybait' is NOT on the list :)

Any suggestions?

Yeah Mike, we nearly bought a Rag Doll, but, since I'm currently not working, it was a lot of money to shelve. The new kitten is sure a bundle of energy and mischief, but is well house trained - so far no accidents.

Loves climbing up my legs (has claws!) - not good when you're wearing shorts or light shave coat.

Ouch!

I like Boof :) , but somehow doesn't fit ours.

Wife want's something more mythological/escorteric.

and splinters do come out eventually

My mum and stepfather live in Denmark and they fit that description,
but I wouldn't call them complete hippys as they are educated and have showers.
Unlike the tree people that come out of the woodwork at the Easter show.
