lol, did ya?i bought it at the surf,skate direct...i was using the shimano starlo stiX and aernos 4000...gd fun with that tackle..a guy was thinkin that i couldn't make it sayin its too light..lol!
you're right! the wind was north westerly and pretty strong...thats why people were going onto the left hand side (where the cars were parked)..but when i saw a guy got a hook up of a salmon on the other side, i went straight down against the wind next to him,hoping to get one as well,but turned up it was a decent bonito....so,thats fair enough..lol!
just to add up,Danny..the school that day was pretty small...so people were giving up and i caught like around 9 am...which is quite late for bonito school..so yer..
