i didnt get the fish just snapped my line and everything i didnt catch anything and i was using 3 inch power minnow in the watermelon colour i also thried the bloodworm colour  but nothing at all im giving it another go tommorow so this will mean i have fished ther every day for this week

im going down early tomorrow morning with colin h if weather permits and we both can get out of bed lol, someone has to figure a way to land those monster skippy they have got me stumped at the moment .. has any of you tried squid?

im definaltely going on friday will go for the big skippy and im trying some squid were can i try for squid around hillaries?

my mum saw it and yelled look at that and i just turned and saw the octopus try and grab the bird that was looking for fish and when the octopus didnt get the bird it went back and hid under a rock in the water

saw a shark about 50-70m out the back of aqwa, it was attacking something as it was thrashing its head violently and seagulls went flying everywhere trying to get the leftovers!

try baitcasting mulies for the big skippy. the big ones really love mulies. i was there yesterday morning using the 3 inch power minnows in the watermelon colour but i didnt manage to land anything. twas a bit chilly there yesterday so i left a few hours earlier than i would have liked. thats what you get when you dont take a warm enough jumper!

lol im still trying to get tommorow might bring 2 rods one for soft plastics and one for bait i have got blue sardines already so i might try them

they get pretty expensive when you buy them in bulk. i think i paid $8.95 per packet at bcf balcatta

 We saw similar thing at rotto we were paddeling around on a waveski  we saw a shag flappiig around.Went and had a look, he  had a good size occy wraped around his feet .We draged him out , the bird flew of the occy went back .so its not as far feched as you might think.

probably before sunset, the south side usually its better then and colin h said its good at the north wall lighthouse for tarwhine and skippy a that time too so im gonna give it a shot ... i was planning on going down to the jetty and see if i could get some squid but i dont have a jig atm (was gonna get a jig today)
