had a crack at some horses myself when i was up in exmouth.we were letting them go because we were told they were crap chewin.
we tried one late in the trip and found out that we were miss informed.
we were cooking the legs at the campsite in a curry brew and the tail meat in garlic and butter.
i must stop! my mouth is starting to water.
